1. 멀티 탭 기능

  English:
  Add multi-tab support for diagrams

  Instead of replacing the current diagram when creating a new one,
  diagrams now open in separate tabs. Users can switch between tabs,
  rename them by double-clicking, and close them individually.

  - Tab bar UI below the toolbar with active/dirty indicators
  - "Create New" adds a new tab instead of resetting state
  - Import and shared links open in new tabs
  - Hybrid persistence: tab index always saved, tab data restored
    only for explicitly saved tabs
  - Minimum one tab enforced at all times

  다이어그램 멀티 탭 기능 추가

  새로 만들기 시 기존 다이어그램을 닫지 않고 새 탭으로 추가하여
  여러 다이어그램 간 전환할 수 있도록 구현.

  - 툴바 아래 탭 바 UI (활성/수정 표시, 닫기 버튼)
  - 새로 만들기: 기존 탭 유지 + 새 탭 생성
  - Import 및 공유 링크: 새 탭으로 열기
  - 하이브리드 저장: 탭 목록은 항상 유지, 명시적 저장된 탭만 복원
  - 탭 이름 더블클릭으로 변경 가능
  - 최소 1개 탭 항상 유지

  2. 레이어 복제 기능

  English:
  Add layer duplication with auto-indexed naming

  Each layer now has a duplicate button (⧉) that clones the layer
  along with all its nodes and internal edges. The duplicated layer
  is named with an incremented index suffix (e.g. "Layer 1 (2)").

  한글:
  레이어 복제 기능 추가

  각 레이어에 복제 버튼(⧉)을 추가하여 레이어의 노드와 엣지를
  함께 복사. 복제된 레이어 이름은 자동 인덱스 부여
  (예: "Layer 1" → "Layer 1 (2)").
